The Center for Inclusive Child Care (CICC) provides FREE coaching, including support, modeling and resources to licensed child care programs throughout Minnesota.
Our Early Childhood Leadership Development (ECLD) coaching model is available to center-based directors across Minnesota who want to build leadership capacity, improve program quality, create a community of support, and build confidence in practice.
How does CICC Leadership Development work?
Using a cohort model, a coach works alongside members to provide group and individual support focused on a framework that includes the essential components for early childhood leadership success.
The cohort model supports leaders to:
- Develop ongoing relationships of support with trusted professionals
- Lead with Intentionality
- Enhance Management skills
- Support Trauma Informed Care
Four new cohorts starting January 2026 will include programs from across the entire state of Minnesota!
