New Call for Inclusion HIIL NAAFO, a DVD for the Somali community.This video, produced for the Somali community, addresses developmental milestones for children and red flags for developmental delay as well covers the topics of early identification and early intervention. This video also contains interviews with Somali parents of children who have special needs and an interview with a Somali physician. It is spoken entirely in Somali. The DVD is 2 hours in length. A resource CD is also included that contains an English script of the DVD, a handout on tips for using the DVD, and other important resources. |
